This group is great! Brian went out to connect our LP new stove. In laws who were there for the appt really liked him. Cindy from the office was great to work with. And Benny was awesome at helping me navigate what we needed as I haven't had this set up before.

I have had the best experience with this company! The workers are amazing. They are honest and real and gave me realistic options. They were able to fix a couple of small things that got my heat working right away and are coming back to fix it the rest of the way. I am so happy I was able to call and have them come help me as our heat hasn’t worked in weeks and it’s cold. I would highly recommend this company

Called to try and get furnace replaced because ours is junk. It is November and cold and we haven't had any heat. I consider this an emergency call because obviously we need heat and I was told they couldn't put one in until after the first of the year. They said they were booked until then. What company says we can't get you heat until after the first of the year when it is cold and winter is coming? Never heard of such a thing. Lost all my business and will never get a call from me again.

just wanted to say thanks a lot for ripping me off $65.00 three years ago. bought my house & furnace wasn't working, called ash creek guys, came for about 5 minutes looking around, not testing anything, and told me I needed a whole new furnace & duct work. the guy said a new furnace was about $2500, not including anything else.
boy I'm glad I called someone else to come take a look. all I needed was a fan blower motor. bought the fan, got it installed & it's all been working fine for 3 years now. this guy put in fan & did the work for less than I paid ash creek for a 5 minute fake diagnosis. no doubt I would never recommend ash creek to anybody & have shared my experience with others. also had ducts cleaned by dirty ducts of madison, and they said there was nothing wrong with duct work either.
beware of ash creek, they just want your money!!

I see there are only bad reviews on here, so I MUST say, I've been doing business with Ash Creek for over 10 years. They have installed my furnace and AC, water heater, water softener, and my kitchen sink! I have received nothing but AMAZING service from ALL of the men that have come to my home. There wasn't a time where I saw one of them not working. I felt like they didn't come to my home to just look around, they came to do the work to make sure the problem was fixed and I was taken care of and any questions I had, they answered educationally and in a way that I could understand. I have had NO issues with anything they have installed and they even called me a few weeks after installing all of the equipment to see if everything was working correctly. Now, I've had some pretty horrible experiences at other plumbing and heating services, but Ash Creek has been THE BEST service I've ever had, all the way to the ladies at the front desk that are so kind and patient. I would DEFINITELY recommend Ash Creek for any heating, plumbing or electrical service to anyone!

Tried twice to schedule a "new client" appointment. Was told both times I would get a call. When I called back the first time, was told there were so many "no heat" calls they had not been able to get to me, but they would call within a week or two to schedule; they never called back.
