Thank you, called for an appointment and they scheduled me that afternoon. It took one hour to complete their pump service. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain a septic system to us. He also provided me with consumer tips to maintain and extend the life of my system. Total cost to pump a 1,000 gallon tank was $335. They took all methods of payment. I would use them again.

Had an issue on the weekend, when Duck’s is closed. I figured it was a clogged filter on either end, as they had just fully serviced 2 years ago. Not wanting to dig up my yard myself and do something I really didn’t want to deal with, I called the number on their site expecting to hear a recording of hours and such. It rolled to what sounded like a mobile voicemail and I hung up not looking to disturb someone’s Sunday, esp before 8 am.

I got a text back within minutes asking if I was looking for septic service. They then offered to, and did find a crewman who’d come out by 9. And for a what i’d call a reasonable $150 emergency fee in today’s money. Jesus came out, was polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Showed me several ways I could save money now and in the future. By 10am all was back to normal, the clean up looked good and the whole trip was extremely reasonably priced. Considering I added risers to the job to avoid digging in the future altogether, and it was barely twice the emergency fee… I’d charge myself more to do it, so time to put the experts on it so I can do what I had planned; thank you.

The previous owners of our home used Duck’s and said they were good. He was not kidding. I see no reason to go anywhere else for my septic needs. Duck’s is awesome!

Alberto and Manny were terrific when they came to service our septic tank today! They were complete in their work and were also mindful of protecting our property! I needed my tank emptied on memorial day, called and got immediate response. Jesus came like an hour after I called and completely took care of my issue. He was polite very professional. I highly recommend duck's septic!

First off I saved some money by digging up my septic lids. The gentleman that came out was very nice and professional and took great pride in his work! After cleaning the tank he washed it down a few times and made sure I was happy with the work!

I will use this company again and I wholeheartedly recommend Duck Septic!

These guys were absolutely awesome! They were at my door, septic pumped and out in 1 hour 15 minutes. They were super friendly and explained everything to me. They even helped clean up where I tried to locate the septic too, which they did not have to do. I recommend these guys to anyone!
