CORE is hands down the best at what they do! My fiancé and I have been renting with them for almost a year and I have never had a problem with anyone or anything. They are very nice, responsive, and honest! I have personally had interactions with Miranda, Noelle, Colby, and Owen who no longer works there. Every interaction was a positive one! Everyone is so nice and that’s hard to come by nowadays. If you need a place to rent or an agency to manage your house CORE is who you need to call! I promise you will not be disappointed!

I am an owner that used Core to manage my property. It went pretty well for the first year, Owen, who managed the property, was great but he moved into real estate and unfortunately it's been downhill from there.

Lack of updates on repairs and conditioning.

Lax tenant screening causing issues with bringing on new tenants.

Fees being charge for work I did myself independently.

Tenants complaining about the provided service. (Or should I say the lack there of.)

I've given them 4 months to turn it around but it's just gotten worse and worse and they're losing me money.

As a real estate investor I can't recommend them. You will lose money. It's just about the bottom line.

Maybe they can turn it around in the future.

My time renting from CORE was about as unacceptable and awful as I could have imagined experiencing, and hope to never experience again. For 10 months (last 2 months lease was under different management) I dealt with a tremendous roach infestation, unjustified entry into the apartment by their contracted vendors to carry out maintenance (which they also damaged my futon), and the unit was never initially cleaned upon my arrival.
I'll leave these pictures as proof for what I dealt with, and hope you don't have to experience the same if you do choose to rent from this company, but I would suggest you look elsewhere.

The absolute WORST property management company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I couldn’t get out fast enough. I am posting from this account because they have a habit of finding the information from there reviews and exposing sensitive and private information about them (sometimes illegally such as financial information) if they don’t delete the review altogether which I have seen them do. I could tell you about the poor shape of the property, the bugs, people issues, but what speaks for itself is the way they even respond to other previous tenants on here. Not apologetic and immediately go on attack instead of understanding there are many things to be worked on in this company and that it is not in good shape nor good to work with. Quality and kindness matter. A lot of us are living on our own for the first time and these conditions and treatment are just not okay. Please do better and not use this as another excuse to attack a college student.

If I could give y’all negative ten I would. So let’s start here I have a 3 kids and new born. Me and my husband have good income and we used my grandfathers info who also in the military. I inquire about a property last Wednesday. I had all the documents and was told everything was good. They talk to my last rental place. The manager told them everything was good. I paid on time and was never late. I waited all day yesterday, kept calling. Just for this morning to be told the owner didn’t no approved with no reason. Atp this comes off as discrimination because they have no reason to deny the place to stay us. if the person can afford it and everything is good with their background and last rental place.
It’s crazy how it took me leaving a review to get a respond. When I asked you in a email( Jennifer)why we was deny, I received no response. When I had called three times no response. Your saying I didn’t leave a voicemail when I did is wild. From the beginning I was mishandled. Also from the requirements I was told about I qualified. Then you was never available to show me the property David did. Then y’all reached back out offering me the other property when their wasn’t nothing but a 75 dollar difference and a street over. One just look better than the other one. For me it’s principle the communication was horrible. Same way you responded back to this review. You could’ve did the same thing with email or phone call, or text. Then the lady at the front desk seem so bothered about me calling about the property. Being so nice nasty. It’s crazy you can come to a company in good light and handle people correctly and still get mishandled.

Terrible management company do not trust these people. & The house we rented from was roach infested & rundown. Nothing gets approved because they always have to ask the owner of the property who never wants to help! They steal everyone's deposit who moves out, me & my cousins moved out on March 2024 & we received our move out form where they stole our entire deposit. I've read previous reviews where they seem to steal deposit so i know they will continue to do this to people !
