They don't respond to or fix issues in a timely manner, poor attitudes! Very disrespectful to tenants.

I have never in my life written a negative review of a business. We have done business with Talcor for almost 6 years. Over this period they have repeatedly reassessed our CAM, resulting in additional payments in the vicinity of 8K annually. Over the term of our lease the total cost was more than $45,000. In working with a local real estate attorney, we found that this is common. They will quote you a very low CAM rate, and after you sign, will immediately begin charging extremely high CAM reconciliations. Even when we tried to pay ahead, they reassess. During this process, we found that they pass on general operating expenses to their tenants (Contrary to Florida law). I recommend that you either don't lease from them, or negotiate a fixed CAM rate with these guys. Otherwise, count on large annual reassessments.

Top notch! During the course of a decade of starting and selling our business, then starting a new business we've had the pleasure of working with Alan Richardson on numerous occasions and we can't even express how responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and patient he has been!

Even during this current market challenge we're in, Alan stayed on top of everything and was on his game for us every step of the way. We wouldn't be where we are now in opening our new store without his proactiveness and help!
