I have a positive impression of America's Home Place. They provided a stress free path through the jungle of home building. They had good answers to my questions and their system takes you step by step through planing, picking out colors and hardware. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. If you want to have a house built, go by and see what they are offering. You won't regret it. Their warranty manager, Doug Edge is knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure your home is done to your satisfaction.

We had the pleasure of working with Scott, Kristi, and Brian this year. When we first started in May, the goal was to be in by the new year. Brian was beyond organized and had everything set up and waiting on go. Scott even came with us to a town hall meeting after a mix up with our permit - that was a city problem, not a Scott problem. We got into our new house two weeks before Christmas and were able to enjoy our first holiday in our forever home.

First time we had built a house. Had heard horror stories but AHP made it pretty easy. Good workmanship, very quick process once contract signed. For the most part, good communication, but could do better regarding cost allowances along the way. Much cheaper than local builders.

We had a custom 5br/5.5b house built and I could not have been happier with our experience. Scott and Amanda were extremely helpful at the office, and Brian Wallace (the project manager) was super informative and responsive. It didn't matter if he was working or not, he always responded. We made a couple changes during construction (including, knocking down a wall that was already built) and Brian was always accommodating. He very much treated the build as if it was his own home and saved us money where he could. Despite supply chain issues affecting others, our home was done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend America's Home Place and would use them again.
