We had the great fortune to work with Granger builders in rebuilding our home. From demolition and removal of the old structure, rebuilding, insulating and waterprooofing the basement to landscaping and building a wonderful retaining wall, we could not be more pleased with every phase. Design was a long and collaborative effort with outstanding results. The finished product is remarkably well done. Administration, contracting and workmanship were all beyond our expectations in professionalism and courtesy. Everyone we dealt with were courteous and competent and work was done in a timely and precise fashion. Granger personnel coordinated sub-contractors in a seamless way. The new structure is better than we had hoped for and quite beautiful and comfortable.

We recommend them without reservation.

We used Granger to build our new home. We could not be happier. They did what they said they would do. They did it when they said they would do it. They came in on budget. Most importantly they did a marvelous job. They are hard working and honest. I would use them again without reservation.

Due to operator error, I incorrectly did not post a 5 star review. Our experience as I described was consistently exceptional. We added som significant features subsequent to our initial rebuild and could not be more satisfied with the process as well as the outcome. We recommend Granger’s services and staff without hesitation and I must sincerely apologize for my initial rating error

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, follow through and consistent focus on delivering exactly what we wanted. By far the best experience that I’ve had building a new home!!!
