Riley and Peter are absolutely very respectful hard working men. Peter was nothing more than so very kind and explained everything he was doing before proceeding with any work. Peter and Riley finally got my plumbing up and working again. I can't thank them enough.

I had the pleasure of having Peter from France Sales and Service come to fix the leaking bathtub faucet in our brand new house.
Even though no businesses in our area had the part necessary to repair our faucet, Peter tried several things to get the faucet to stop dripping while he waited for the ordered part to arrive.
When the part arrived the following week Peter called and returned with the new part. He refused to leave until the job was completed.
Peter was extremely professional on both of his service calls, putting on and wearing booties over his shoes every time he had to come in to the house. He used a towel to wipe dry any wet surfaces.
Peter stayed to make sure the water in the hot water heater was not too scalding hot. I appreciated that very much!
Peter is polite, friendly and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family.

The receptionist was very helpful, and the technicians (Mike & Neil) were extremely knowledgeable. They were also very prompt in getting to the job (replacing a water heater). Highly recommend them, and greatly appreciated Mike & Neil’s expertise.

Horrible!! They told me a day before the service their hourly rate….They told me $115 per hr for unclog my bathroom sink with the snake. He was only in my house 55 mins and I was charge for 1-1/2 hr. They also charge $25 for using the snake tool !! What a joke… I called this morning and they told me they charged me the extra 30 mins for TRAVELING TIME! That is another joke!!! I live by the channel 9 in grand Ave, they are located less that 10 min from me. I will never call this company again. What a Scam!!! I have cameras in front of my house. He walked inside my house at 12:55 pm, and walked out after I paid him at 1:57. I was charge 30 minutes of traveling time and only takes 6 minutes each way driving. This is the map!

First of all as some background, this is not the first time we have used France Sales & Service. They were the plumbing contractor on our basement remodel 2 years ago.They plumbed over 1500 square feet of space for us and we couldn't be happier. They also sent out a plumber a few months after our remodel to replace a wax ring on a toilet upstairs that they did not install. Unfortunately that repair only lasted 2 years. So we called them back to help us. They sent out their Master Plumber Josh who immediately admitted the prior France plumber did not install the ring correctly. I was aware that their labor warranty was only for a year. So, I appealed to Josh asking for some help since the ring should not have failed so soon. He recommended talking to the new owner Mike Able. He said he is a great guy and I couldn't agree more. Now let me say that Mike Able is AWESOME!! He cut the price of the repair in half. He did not have to do that and for us, it was all about the principle of the situation. Mike, we will not only continue to use your services going forward, but I have already recommended you to the guys I play golf with every day! Thank you for being that "great guy" Josh said you were.

These guys saved my butt!!! The same day I called, they were able to come and fix my issue quickly. The city had already turned the water off to my rental property so I was in trouble, the plumber from another company thought that the job might be over his head and so they referred me specifically to Chad at France Sales and Services. Chad came out within a few hours of when I called and was super fun and helpful. He explained everything he was doing, answered all of my questions and had no issue with me watching and learning. Chad also called the city to have them come and turn the water back on while he was working so that they could flush the pipes before he hooked everything up and make sure there were no leaks before he left. He inquired on my behalf to the water department about the grants for replacing the lead water main as well. The invoice showed up within a day, the only critique I have is that the invoice was not itemized and we had to send a request out for that, but they were very prompt in getting it to us. I would recommend these guys all day long!!! Thank you Chad
