Good morning Specialty friends,

I would like to share an unfortunate experience I and other drivers had with one of your staff.

Yesterday, Monday 08/08/22, approximately 215pm, Madison Av westbound, queueing to get onto westbound 90/94 via on-ramp.

A SC truck drove around the queue line up to the top of the ramp and forced his way in, cutting in front of the long line of vehicles waiting to get onto the ramp.

Just wanted to share and let you know it was not appreciated.

I doubt this is a company image you want to project out in the field.

These types of actions lead to road rage and are unsafe.

Avoid picking up a load here, extremely slow. Waited for my trailer to be loaded 8hours. Time is money. Never again
