Marcus Pedersen did our excavation for our home addition. We live in a rural area that is surrounded by flood zones and plains. From the start, he was prompt, professional and communicated effectively. His prices were competitive with the other quotes and included all expenses for materials, labor and equipment. I ultimately chose him because of his transparency and ability to communicate. The work he did was top notch, which made it much easier for the concrete company to also complete a great job.

Marcus is an amazing contractor who does what he says. He even came out later and trenched and laid 3inch corrugated pipe to help enable our drainage to be more complete (this was not part of our initial quote) at no additional cost. We absolutely love our new driveway and couldn’t be happier. His price was great and started the job promptly. If we need any other work done on our property, Marcus will be who we call.
