After delays last year due to scheduling and weather issues, Dustin and his team came this May to finish our half log siding. They came every day and worked diligently until they got it all done in about two weeks. They brought in two different lifts to get up to the 2nd floor. The work was professionally done and looks great. My wife and I did a good portion of the 1st floor last year in order to speed things up, but Next Level did the most challenging part quickly and efficiently once they returned this spring.

NEVER FINISHED MY PROJECT. This is the worst contractor I have ever done business with. Promised in May 2022 that he would be done with my new steel roof and deck/patio door replacements by end of August. Roof timing was critical because I was having solar panels installed that fall. Dustin’s communication was terrible. After he had my down payment, I had to call and text 4-5 times before I would get a response. Continually had excuses for why he couldn’t start or deliver my materials. Roof still wasn’t done by November. He asked for an extension till spring and guaranteed he would have it done by May 31st 2023. Come this spring it was the same story. Poor communication and when he would respond he assured me he would be done in May. By the end of May he still hadn’t started or even delivered my materials. Had to demand my money back. Dustin never explained why he wouldn’t do my project.

A year after paying Next Level a large deposit, I’m now starting over looking for a new roofer. This has delayed my solar install by a year (had to put a deposit down for this project too). I don’t think Dustin ever ordered my materials and was just using my deposit for his business’s cash flow. There have been other posts on Facebook where he did the same to other customers. Save yourself a lot of headache and find a reputable contractor.

I had a new water line paid by the city of Antigo. I had a choice who could do the work so I chose   Next Level Construction, LLC  when this company put the dirt back in the hole they didn't use a dirt presser so after the snow melted it left a sunken in ditch in my front lawn about 3 to 5 inches deep in some places about 20 feet long. My front lawn used to be so beautiful and green now it has got a bunch of hay that looks like its rotten just sitting on top of the dirt because the lawn seed never grew.  I called the city and they were so polite and nice about it but they even said this company should have used a dirt press.The city of Antigo even called this company about my complaint. When I called this company, whoever I spoke to said we normally dont use a dirt press, This is mind blowing because it should be obvious and common sense the dirt would settle and leave a hole. Sense April they could have brought a load of dirt over but it's June now and still no dirt. I would never suggest this company to any one, several of my neighbors have even said how bad it looks

This guy is a JOKE! Do not waste your time! As a business owner, he should realize the severity of a business needing a job done, in a timely manner. Excuse after excuse as to why the job isn’t getting done. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
