We recently had the pleasure of working with Olson Toon Landscaping on a large-scale project that included a retaining wall, tree planting, concrete work, installing a path, and various plant installations, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results.

We could not have had a better experience with Olson Toon. We hired them to redo our patio and take down a 100+ year old Oak on the front yard. When the Oak had other ideas and came down on its own, covering our whole driveway on LABOR DAY SUNDAY. Olson Toon was there in less than an hour to remove it when insurance said they would have someone available to take a look at it on Wednesday,

Awful landscaping and service. We've had to redo all drainage areas. We have one area of concrete that is not level and holds water. Rock wall supporting driveway is failing. We have called and sent several emails to get an estimate on how to fix it and Brad does not respond. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

OT underbid and overcharged us on multiple different phases of our project without upfront or proactive communication...including one phase where the installer decided to "upgrade" us without asking our permission, leaving us to pay thousands extra for an upgrade we neither asked for nor wanted. While the quality of the landscaping work itself is great, the way they handle the business side of things left us disappointed.

After leaving this review, an owner did reach out in an attempt to rectify the concerns, and a billing compromise was reached. So they get some credit for being responsive to concerns in the end, though it shouldn't take a negative review for a company to do the right thing.

I was stuck in the snow on Segoe Road on Sunday January 29th at about 1 pm. I sat there for an hour until 2 young men in an Olson Toon truck saw me struggling and stopped and helped me…3 minutes later I was out and in great shape! Thank you to your amazing, good hearted employees! If they treat a stranger like this, imagine how they treat their customers. I highly recommend.
