E&A Enterprises Inc owns G-force E Bikes. They have horrible customer service and don't value you as a customer. I ordered an E-bike that came with a leaking piston brake, long story short, they are unwilling to fix or warranty the unit, even though the first week I reached out to them asking for their help, they offered to replace it under warranty and mentioned that it might just be low on fluid, which I filled. 2 Months later, the fluid is still leaking, so I followed up on the offer to replace the unit, and now they say it is out of warranty. Do not do business with companies that don't value their customers.
