I have been very pleased with the services provided to my solo practice by Ascent.
Just a little bit of background; my EMR/billing system is with Epic, a system that Ascent had minimal experience with. Epic, in my opinion, is largely designed for larger practices. They took on the project of learning Epic and its many nuances, which were well above the capabilities of my office and myself. Ascent has largely made the billing challenges of the system more manageable and applicable for a small practice.
