They were excellent in maintaining the property and taking care of any problems quickly. For my realtor and house buying needs it was a great experience. Where to even begin. A year and a half ago I was in a desperate search for a new residence in Columbus when I stumbled upon a unique residence on “apartments.com”. This unit was owned by 7rent and upon touring it with the landlord and her son, I immediately knew I had found the perfect place for me. After years of dealing with the terrible real estate companies on OSU campus, 7rent was such a breath of fresh air. Winnie is extremely diligent at what she does and I love that this is a local family business. Even the maintenance were a pleasure to interact with and extremely personable. Thank you 7Rent!

I’m beyond grateful I found 7Rent! No one runs a business like them these days, especially the rental property business. Winnie and her team know each property intimately, as well as their tenants that reside in them. Winnie is incredibly responsive to any concerns/needs you may have and will follow up to make sure everything is satisfactory.
