This company is absolutely horrible. I had an accident less then a month ago and have been harassed nonstop about a $4k payment even after submitting it to my insurance company. PRG is unforgiving and does not care that it is the holidays, they are demanding a payment and unwilling to actually work with you to get a payment plan you can actually afford. They’ve threatened to take me to court, put this on my credit report, all while I’m pregnant and was kicked out of my home because of my landlord passing away. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I received a call from Michael TurTurillo with PRG. He sounds robotic and a lot like a telemarketer. We receive hundreds of telemarketing calls weekly so we responded letting him know we are not interested in buying or signing up for anything.

Rather than remaining professional as he should, he changed tones and became hostile the remainder of the call. We chose to disconnect the call at that time. He followed up by calling 3 more times in a row and leaving a threatening voicemail. The voicemail to text screenshot is attached to this review.

According to him, based on our 30 second conversation, I am "not a very serious professional", I am not going to take responsibility for damages, and I am not capable of resolving any issue. Additionally, he threated me stating that we can "either resolve this voluntarily or we can resolve it the hard way".

Horrible representation for a company. We never even got to what I owe them or why I owe it. After looking into it, I found that they represent Duke Energy and are seeking compensation for a small utility line that was damaged. The line was three inches under the ground not buried to code. Odd that we would be responsible for a line not buried to code.

Either way, this company is horrible to deal with. Michael is a horrible representation for them. According to the research I did, he has had almost a dozen different employers in the past 10 years. I believe this would be the reason why.

Additionally, after reviewing the invoice, it is extremely inaccurate. The linemen that repaired the line used small splice kits and were only on site for about 30 minutes. They sent me an invoice for over $1.6k with over $800 of that being tons of various materials that were never used.
