We are very pleased with our experience with MC Granite Countertops of Kennesaw! Everyone we worked with held a high standard of service and knowledge. From the first meeting with our helpful & pleasant representative Maryori , who kept checking in on us throughout the whole project, to all the skilled installers: Yobani, Uriel, Alexander, and Jovani, they were all professional, respectful. This entire team went the extra mile to provide exactly what we wanted —even better than we imagined—we have new beautiful countertops, faucet & sink installed in our kitchen! We bought our new Quartz countertops From MC granite out of Jasper, Georgia. It was a fantastic experience, beautiful workmanship, And the installation was flawless. It was a sheer joy to work with Cassie from the start of our project to the completion. She dotted every I and crossed every T. She kept me informed all along the way, followed up by call after the installation and sent a personal thank you card. What an amazing. She made our project simple. I am very happy to say that I am so pleased with my experience with MC Granite. I had an idea of what I wanted but needed to ask alot of questions and overcome all my concerns. I wanted to make some changes to the design of my existing kitchen island and Mel Kavanagh was excellent! She answered every question and even verified that certain things could be done, explained the difference in all the products, helped me select my quartzite slab, set up my in-home measuring, gave me the name of a plumber (he was also terrific and very reasonable) and made sure I was happy! Everything happened as scheduled. The installers were very nice, called to tell me when they would be arriving, and cleaned up after the project was complete. I sent Mel a picture the day the install was complete and told her it was beyond my expectations and that it was stunning! Thank you Mel for all you patience!
