Come to Rothschild were our roads never get plowed in winter and have so many pot holes you'll need an alignment on your vehicle more often than you need your oil changed. But wait, there's more... along with the deteriorating infrastructure, we will increase your taxes and not provide common services like culverts that actually drain water, or leaf pick up in fall (even though we put it on our calendar for two separate instances). Garbage / recycling collection will be spotty, at best. Then, just for fun, we will replace the meter on your water main and we can watch your bill skyrocket together! Doesnt that sound like fun?!?! But what about home improvements you ask? Sure we've got plenty of headaches we can hand out! Zoning questions, permit questions.... we wont answer any of them... we will put you through the ringer and leave you wondering what municipality you actually live in.(is it schofield, or rothschild or Weston.... maybe Wausau?) Please come down to the village hall we servjce is not in our vocabulary and we make the DMV look like a walk in the park. With convenient hours like "we open after you go to work in the morning" to "we close well before youll get here in time to make us do anything"; we are here for you. Can't stop in? Thats okay, just give us a call... you will get to sample our large selection of 'on hold music' while you wait for someone to answer the phone. Be prepared to sample the entire library of music as you will be transferred at least 3 times...

Wow I am so disgusted by the experience that I had renting the community room. It started out well enough, the room was cheap. When we went to decorate for the event, I noticed there was still food in the fridge, the counters were not clean, etc. The floor was absolutely disgusting. My son was wearing blue pants that were gray when we left because the floor was so dusty. After the event, I went to drop the key back off and I was told that I needed to pay $30 because the room was not clean. When I told them about the problems we saw beforehand, they shrugged it off and said well next time we'll take more care to ensure the room is clean. I understand that $30 is not a huge amount of money but the problem I have is with the customer service. I am so beyond disappointed that they were so careless and rude about the whole thing. I will never be renting from them again.
