Amilly and Optamiss have been simply amazing to work with. Our building is 60 years old and has 24 apartments in Bay Harbor Island. For a few years our Condo Association did their best to maintain and repair the roof.

Finally we knew it was time for a new roof, you can only do so many repairs. We had a flat roof which created issues, we were able to pitch the roof and use the latest in roofing systems.

The new roofing system made the apartments temp cooler inside and more energy efficient. Amilly held our hand thru the process of finding the right roofing company, Roofing system and bidding process to get the best value.
