We have been so impressed with Springs pools and Spas! Especially John and Chris! They are incredibly responsive and Knowledgable. I cannot say enough good things! I reached out to Springs pools and spas because my pool liner desperately needed to be replaced. They were incredibly quick to setup an appointment and get the ball rolling. Forrest, John, and Justin were all incredibly great to work with. They walked through the process with me, and explained everything that was going to happen. Installation was fast, clean, and quick.

I searched for years to find a company who would come replace an in-ground pool liner, and I will recommend Springs pools and spas to anyone who is looking. 3 month follow up - I've been attempting to reach out to Springs pool and Spa now for about 6 weeks to investigate my newly installed liner for a leak, along with some information about other services they offer (new hot tub installation, and a winter cover for my pool) and i have not received 1 single response. I'm quite disappointed that after the liner job was complete, they've gone completely silent.

One of their trucks did a hit and run on my car, I tried to talk to them. All I wanted was for them to buff the rough marks out. Tried to be nice about it. I'm sure they make nice pools but good people? I don't know. I don't even know why they were by my house in that work truck. There's no pools here and it was at night🤷 just shady. Gave them my number. If he woulda called me back and said hey, we couldn't find anything out I probably wouldn't even post this.
