DO NOT build with them!

Took our home OVER a year to be done!

Poor quality workers with no respect!
Unexperienced construction managers! (Dave)
The owner is very horrible person who cannot be trusted! (Oyvind)

I could give a million examples with photos and emails on how much they completely messed up my home.

I wish I would of listened to other people complaints on how terrible Hillcrest is before I chose them to build my forever home.

Please go somewhere else!

I went to Hillcrest Builders with questions about building a house. From the beginning I was very comfortable with the suggestions and help they provided in finalizing my house plan. I received that same type of service and professionalism throughout the building process from many employees of Hillcrest. They only cater to the rich. You need to have at least a $300,000 budget. As soon as I mentioned that I was approved for less, their demeanor altered from positive and supportive to dismissive and rude. "We will never—not now or in the future—adjust our plans to accommodate you." I was no longer seen as valuable.
