ServiceMaster Recovery is an excellent company. I had water damage in my basement (4 ft of water in my "indoor pool", lol) and this company was recommended by my insurance adjuster. A family member recommended your service and I have to say...it was a good choice. Despite this area being very busy, I was surprised how quickly they fitted me in. From the beginning to completion I was pleased. I felt they truly cared about helping me out. That speaks volumes! They were very professional and caring. Just one incident with one of the workers swearing but I confronted him and he apologized and didn't swear again. I was surprised at the mitigation cost; however, I didn't have a reference or comparative point but I believe I was dealt with fairly and honestly. I would recommend this company to others in the future.

Contacted ServiceMaster to clean chapel floor at Riverside Cemetery. Historic 1920's honeycomb tile hadn't been deep cleaned for many years. A tile sealer used on the tile a few years ago was turning yellow and attracting dirt. I tried many products to remove the old finish and failed. ServiceMaster came here and tested products on the floor to come up with a "game plan" before the job. ServiceMaster exceeded my expectations in every way!! The floor is just beautiful. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. This floor will be easy to maintain from now on and I was told the products they used will not turn yellow and become sticky.
