Reached out May 1st and booked gutter installation on the back of my house. 30 day lead time, understandable. Reached out 30 days later to check in on scheduling and set me up with a date of June 11th - all good. Team showed up on the 11th and informed me that they needed to order specific braces and they'd need to reschedule - all good. I reached out on June 17th to get an update on rescheduling. I was reminded that the braces were ordered and once they received them they would reschedule - all good. I reached out September 13th to find out if we were still waiting on braces - crickets. I reached out on September 16th letting them know I can only wait so long. Today I am done waiting. If it takes 90 days for parts to come in you let the customer know that, and respond to them if you want to keep the business. Guess they don't!
