NRC has now built two different homes and an RV garage (3 different contracts) for us in Mesquite, NV, and we've been very pleased. They have excellent vision, manage the project with quality details, coordinate with the client well, do what they promise, and always attend to any issues that come up promptly. Punch lists are executed in a timely fashion, with attentive follow-up. Dillon Jensen is a man of his word, and very easy to work with. By far the best builder we've experienced and we highly recommend them.

NRC has built two homes for us in the last 8 years and we have been absolutely thrilled with both homes. They don’t cut corners the workmanship is awesome! Our builder was always so responsive with questions and feedback. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible!!!

Purchased two new homes built by NRC. Quality homes, cooperative in the build and exceptional service. Example, needed a place for wife's baby grand piano. Dillon adjusted the plan to accommodate, but then area was too dark, so he put in a window. Could not be more pleased with cooperation to ensure satisfaction. Delighted and appreciative.

I read your reply that my review is fake or a scam. Nope, this is definitely regarding a house that you built and my grievances are truthful and legit.

Last year it rained a lot and that’s when I discovered that my house had multiple water leaks in several different locations. I contacted warranty… the roofers came out and had to replace several cracked or broken roof tiles. Each time I had to wait for it to rain to see if the previous repairs fixed the issue. The roofers probably came out anywhere from 4 to 8 times cause not all the broken roof tiles were discovered. Each time the roofers came out they would find new broken roof tiles that needed replacing. Could someone please explain to me why a brand new house has so many broken roof tiles? I still cannot comprehend that. Once I felt that the roof and water leaks were repaired also had to deal with repairing water damaged drywall. The roofers and drywall guys responded and came out fast, so I appreciate that. But could never get the painters to come out to paint the repaired drywall. I stopped by the office in person at least three different times this year and people would take my info down and assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem but there would never be any follow-up and no painters would ever show up. I would consider this to fall under warranty work. I also reached out to Bob at warranty and emailed him on July 15 about the situation. Was told by Bob multiple times that I’ll be scheduled and thanks for my patience. Was even told the painters would show up on a particular Friday and was then greeted with a “No Show”. Bob then tells me the painter that was scheduled to come over was recently let go and to give him a few more days to reschedule. Well there’s been no follow-up from Bob and I’ve already e-mailed the guy multiple different times starting July 15th and now it’s already August 27th and there’s still no painters or follow-up. I wouldn’t think it would be that difficult to have some painters come over, but apparently it is. Also, not once did a manager or superintendent from NRC reach out to me to address any of my concerns. Paid a lot of money for a new house but instead NRC sells me a house with broken roof tiles, water leaks and water damage and all the hassles and stress that go along with getting it repaired. The house looks nice and I appreciate that the roofers and the drywall guys responded quickly, but wish the work was finished to completion.

One of the things that made us choose NRC was the fact that they are a local company who has built homes in Mesquite for many years. We had previously built a new home with another national builder, and dealing with a local builder is a big plus. The sales agent can pick up the phone and ask a question of the Superintendent and get an immediate answer. They were more than willing to make some modifications to the structure which we hadn’t thought of in the original contract. We were very impressed with all the standard options they had to offer. There was no comparison to the quality of construction and the options that were included with NRC that you had to pay extra for with other builders. Tammy, our on-site sales agent, was exceptional in meeting our needs, answering questions, phone calls, text messages, and going above and beyond to be sure that we were 100% satisfied.
Our superintendent has been very diligent in seeing that all our problems and concerns have been taken care of. It was done on time. The entire staff was easy to work with and we would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish, this has been an enjoyable project thanks to NRC and its employees.

Process was great from start to finish. Had never purchased a new build before and everyone was so helpful and patient. Realtors went above and beyond to help and have continued to do so even after move in. Have only been in home a short time but the few minor items we needed fixed were addressed and fixed immediately!
Highly recommend this builder and the homes are gorgeous! Hope I never have to move again, but if I do, they would be on my short list of considerations!
