This is such a strange place! Had four interviews m, quite extreme and. Secretively. They acted like it was some type of FBI role. They want an extensive amount of time dedicated to them for just interviews. After over 1.5 months I was offered the job, for less than I requested. But they said with no sides it would get there. Was shipped out out of state for a long term opportunity. Just three days before my third month with no previous notice or any issues was told they changed their mind and were going to move in another direction… Perplexing, they let the minority person go for no reason but kept the other three white people onboard on the project. I stayed in touch with the others for a few weeks and was told another white person was bright on board two weeks later… Interesting. 🤨
