I manage the United Rentals Branch in Chippewa Falls, WI and due to a change in office setup and hire of staff i needed to do a shift of rooms which ultimately entailed putting in additional telephone and internet/intranet lines.

Long Story short, i was referred to Jason and his team on Friday 1/13 and he followed up with every promised and delivered EXACTLY what i wanted by the afternoon on 1/14.

Not only did Jason take the time to do great work which looks and functions great, he also took the time to educate me and my staff to make sure we knew where everything is and if we needed to make additional smaller tweaks ourselves. I met a friendly representative at the local home show. I left my information and they followed up to explain how I could save money over my current cable service. I was skeptical about 2 year commitments, but the various rates over the entire period were explained. There was no pressure, and were happy to let me think about it for a while before committing to anything. After answering all my questions with knowledgeable answers, I decided to go ahead. The installation team was professional and listened to my questions and requests and went above and beyond to fix the wiring in my home up to their high standards. I couldn't be happier with the technically superior hardware I now have and I'm also going to be saving 40% over next the 2 year period. I highly recommend working with these guys.

Time for an update after 3 months. A lot of their promises and plans just turned out to be false. They said rain and storms are rarely an issue. Well, every time there's thunder and lightning or moderate rain, out goes the satellite, which in the past 3 months has been 1-2 nights a week. Really awesome when you want to watch the local weather when there's a storm warning and it's out every time. I have a strong signal on nice days though. They said they would remind me when my 3 month trial premium services were up so I could cancel and avoid charges. 3 months are up and I didn't hear a thing. Fortunately I kept track myself. They also said to load up the DVR with movies and shows before canceling and I'd have plenty to watch. No good, after canceling, none of them are view-able. So I'm really not too impressed, except the hardware is significantly better than with cable. On demand is even usable (you can pause and ffwd) so when I miss stuff due to weather, at least I can catch back up most of the time. But I think when my time is up I'll just try an antenna and really save a bunch of money.

I'm adding another star because after complaining a few more times, they finally sent someone out to the house to adjust the dish. The difference is like night and day, now the satellite hardly ever goes out, even in some pretty significant storms we've had this spring. And when it does have issues in worse weather, the interruptions are fairly brief and not too disruptive.

I lowered my celluar bill by $120.00, I can stream Netflix on two different computers at once and run hd you tube video all at the same time. I also canceled my Satellite Tv witch saved me $200.00. The installer stress tested the system and made sure all my devices worked before he left. He also answered all of my questions and made sure i was happy with everything before he left! Give these guys a call if your sick of capped expensive internet service.

I was having issues with my direct tv and kept getting error code 775. Goodland communication came to my place at 8:45pm on a Thursday night to ensure that my tv was up and running. They problem solved inside and realized that my cable cord going outside of my 2 story apt building was fried. In the pitch dark they went outside and took care of the connection and had my tv running again with 45 minutes.

I would highly recommend anyone using them. They come a fast as they can and are very knowledgable about the service and the tech side of things. 👍🏼👍🏼
