My grandparents lived here for over a decade. The residents are friendly and they all got very close. My grandpa passed 4 years ago, but my grandma recently passed in October. It was nice to sit out in the large gazebo and chat with a few of her neighbors for awhile when we went to sort out her things.

Lots of grassy areas that my kids ran around in while visiting, easy parking access close enough to all of the apartments. Outside seating available under a large gazebo like cover. Clothes lines. The apartments are small, but not too cramped. They have ovens, fridges, and microwaves, a space perfect for a smaller kitchen table, and decently sized windows in the kitchen and bedroom. Fairly large pantry space as well as some storage space.
Theres space outside each apartment that's big enough to put in a porch swing that 2 or 3 people can sit in, and you can put in bird baths/feeders in the grass outside your windows. Theres also a shared community center with a fridge, tables, oven, microwave, tv, dishes/silverware, books/board games, public restrooms (this is also where some washers and dryers are)
All in all, it's a very nice independent living elderly community. (Small pets are allowed)
