This company is always very professional! Tana, in the office, is great at listening and communicating with me with my HVAC issues. The techs are very knowledgeable. A special shout out to Joe who always figures out the issue with our furnace and heat pump. He is very smart and professional! Great company!

Your worker came out VERY early on a below zero morning and got our heat back on before tonight’s -24 temperature. He was kind, courteous and professional. My husband liked him (and he never likes anybody😂. We are beyond grateful to Big Horn Heating and Cooling!
