Who doesn't like to age gracefully? I DO!!! With a little help here and a little help there I have been able to maintain looking like myself but only 10 - 15 years younger!

I've had my fair share of specialists but NONE LIKE DR. WILLIAM CHEN OF ASIAN EYELID SURVEY CENTER!!!

Dr. Chen listens. He's extremely professional but also makes each appointment fun! Dr. Chen explains the options for the results his patients are looking for and really helps his patients do their due diligence before making the choice of surgery.

The two surgeries he has performed on me...upper and lower lids...were so easy from beginning to end. I don't know how he did it but my usual response with other surgical procedures and doctors has been weeks and weeks of bruising and swelling. Not with Dr. Chen! I wasn't even in any pain! I just followed his instructions and voila!

Dr. Chen genuinely cares about his patients. He personally checked in with me almost every other day, even over the weekend, prior to stitch removal. He made stitch removal painless, easy, and fun. Yes I actually wrote fun. Every interaction with Dr. Chen was pleasantly positive!!

The most important, is the RESULTS!!! Dr. Chen hit it on the head! No one has noticed I had any surgery but I get so many compliments on how great I look!! I'm one-half Asian and one-half Latin and Dr. Chen kept me looking half and half BUT BETTER!!!

Dr. Chen is a world renowned expert in Asian eyes but I believe he is an expert in ANY EYE! He even worked on my husband who is Caucasian. Again, the results were absolutely PERFECT!!

Thank you Dr. Chen from me!! Thank you for perfecting your craft and sharing it with me!! Don't go anywhere...as I continue to age I just might need you again for a little tiny touch up!!!

He is clearly the authority on Asian eyelid surgery, recently having his text on the procedure published in China after several editions have been published in the U.S. Living in Pennsylvania, I was able to communicate with Dr. Chen to understand what was involved in the procedure and what to expect. I was blown away by the amazing quality of care I received from Dr. Chen and his staff. I don’t live in So Cal, but being an Ophthalmologist myself, I did my research and after a virtual consultation with Dr. Chen, I knew without a doubt that I wanted him to be my surgeon. Knowing that I was going to be flying in from out of town, the front desk staff were wonderful about keeping me informed, being fully transparent with all the associated fees and costs, and making sure I had the necessary postoperative medication I would need even before I left home. Once I arrived, the process was smooth. During my preop appointment, Dr. Chen picked up on a subtle left upper lid ptosis that even I had not realized was there. He was so patient (especially considering I had my 2 year old with me) and presented all available options without any pressure or upselling. The surgical experience was comfortable and as pleasant as can be for having surgery, and the postoperative healing and follow ups went as expected. I really appreciate how attentive Dr. Chen was to making sure I was healing appropriately. I was nervous before, but after going through it, I have zero regrets and am thrilled with my results. It’s obvious that Dr. Chen is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable about this field (he literally wrote the book on Asian eyelid surgery), but he is truly invested in achieving the best outcome possible for his patients.

I had an amazing experience with my procedure for upper and lower Blepharoplasty.
In my initial visit Dr. Chen was very thorough in explaining the procedure which made it easy and comfortable in understanding expected outcome. My procedure was a great success, and my recovery was painless from day one.
The swelling was gone by the 2nd week and all stiches were removed by first 10 days. Friends asked for me to get Dr. Chen's business cards for them to visit Dr. Chen for their required procedures.

Exceptional surgeon! After extensive research my fiancee and I decided that Dr. Chen was the perfect surgeon to do her double eyelid surgery. We're extremely glad we picked Dr. Chen. He has an amazing staff, takes his time when he talks to you at the office, showed a lot of compassion, and most important he's amazing at what he does. It's been over a year now and all I can say is my fiancee is extremely happy with her new eyelids! She's simply gorgeous now and I love everything Dr. Chen has done for her. No more listening to her complain about her eyelids lol! She told me she should have done this years ago. Anyways if you're thinking about getting your eyes done don't hesitate. I had wonderful results with the double eyelid procedure that Dr. Chen performed for me. I saw my mother about a week and a half after the surgery, which I did not tell her about, and she could not figure out why I looked so good. After I told her, she examined my eyes closely, and was amazed at what a good job Dr Chen had done. I also appreciated that Dr. Chen took the time to answer all my questions before and after the surgery, and promptly responded to emails and texts. His staff was also terrific.
