Nothing bad to say about this company. We were very pleased at the outcome of our walk up ramp to our mobile home. Don their project manager was outstanding and kept us up to date on the project. We will definitely be using H&H again for a bathroom remodel

Kerrie was so professional, friendly, punctual and did an incredible job!! She worked alone painting the eaves and facia all around our home...even having to get on our roof to paint the second level. From start to finish she paid attention to details: power washing, scraping, caulking where needed, sealing and painting...all while leaving our home outside completely clean of any debris H & H...you've got an amazing employee that KNOWS her job!! Thank you so much Kerrie for all your hard work...it looks amazing!

HUGE orchids to H & H Development Inc for the OUTSTANDING gutter replacement at moms! Your crew did an AMAZING job! I HIGHLY recommend them for your gutter needs! The big storm we had in February came through the back gutter was ripped off the house and hanging, banging up against the house. H & H came out did the estimate and the homeowners insurance agreed and sent the payment. They were here atleast 8 hours working! I can't say enough about this company!!!!! Thanks again Ryan and team!!!!

I contacted this company many times over a month long period trying to get an estimate on my garage that needed insulation and drywall after a major water leak. Each time I was promised a return phone which never happened. I was patient, as I know contractors are busy these days. Finally I called and was able to schedule an appointment to have Ryan come out and give me a bid. At that time, the lady answering the phone explained to me the probable reason for not getting a return phone call was because my house is in Mohave Valley and that it would take more time to come out. I asked at that time if the company did work in Mohave Valley and she said yes. I also said to just let me know if they weren't interested in a job in Mohave Valley because I didn't want to waste anymore of my time or theirs. She assured me that they would and so I moved forward with scheduling a date for the bid. The date was set, I explained to them this is a vacation home and that I do not live there full time. I also explained that I would be taking a day off of work in order to meet with Ryan.

The scheduled appointment day arrived and I was waiting for Ryan to show up for the 1pm appointment. Nobody showed up and I didn't receive a phone call. I waited until 2pm and then made a phone call to the office. She told me she would call me back to see where Ryan was. She called me back to explain that Ryan got tied up at another job and that he couldn't come that day as promised. She was apologetic but that doesn't solve my issue of taking a day off of work to be present. Not only that, I had to initiate the phone call. If I hadn't called, I'm convinced no one from this company was planning on contacting me. After all, they close at 3:30. A courtesy call explaining the situation BEFORE the scheduled appointment would have been nice. In any case, I can't recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness and being completely inconsiderate of their potential customers.

So pleased with the excellent paint job done by your employees Steve and Tyler. I feel they went above and beyond to do an excellent job and make sure we were satisfied. Their hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Hard working guys who I would highly recommend. The house looks fantastic.

I hired a handyman to fix my roof two years ago and it was a big mistake. Thinking he had done a good job I raised the deductible of my homeowners insurance. H & H just finished fixing what handyman failed to do and my out of pocket cost Should have been $500 but it cost me $4,100 out of pocket. No more handymen for me.

H&H gave me a fair price and sent two professionals who were courteous, friendly, and very detail-conscious. They were in my house for 3 days and I felt comfortable enough with them there to go out and run an errand! Steve and Tyler did an excellent job for me!
