Good doctor is the one that is available. Making appointment 2 months in advance is not 'available'. If you really have problem you need to address, waiting 2 months to see doctor is not acceptable. So Dr. Zuckerman is knowledgeable, experienced and intelligent, but if he is not available its of zero value to the patient. Then again, if all the doctors who APPEAR to be good were really good, maybe they all would be more available, as there would be less patients with untreated problems to fill their offices?

I was very pleased with Dr. Zuckerman. He is super comforting and confident. He's a straight shooter without being rude. I left the office with questions answered, referral to a surgeon in hand and a smile on my face. I wish he could be my primary doctor!

I was referred to Dr. Zuckerman for a hearing evaluation. He was very thorough, explained what was going on, and reviewed the preliminary results, to include those from my family physician (he also had a great sense of humor - said that I might have "wife deafness"). He setup a more thorough hearing test (more thorough than anything I'd had before, including the military) with an excellent audiologist in his office 2 weeks later that was very revealing. What blew me away was that he called me at 7:30 in the evening to review the findings and discuss follow-up! Fortunately there are no significant problems, but he's working with my family physician to make sure that the information will be shared and that future checkups are scheduled. AMAZING!

Dr. Zuckerman is confident and appears very experienced. He has a pleasant personality and he cares. The office accommodated me even if they were busy. Even if I needed to wait for him, the wait wasn't as long as for some other doctors.

Hello,
I would like to first start off saying I’ve had a great experience so far with Dr.Zuckerberg!
Didn’t give the 5th star though, sadly because I had a negative experience with a receptionist who was very rude. She made me feel weird about the whole experience and even spoke on behalf of Dr.Zuckerberg about my specific situation as if she was a doctor. Terrible when receptionists can turn you away from the good work that Doctors do! If my Doctor doesn’t have receptionists with the ability to be friendly and empathetic then I will choose to find a new one!

Excellent doctor. I had an ear problem and went to several doctors before seeing Dr Zuckerman. They all seemed to have minimal interest in my problem and weren't willing to investigate any further. Dr. Zuckerman not only was interested but is an excellent diagnostician and pin pointed my problem immediately.

I have a pain behind my eye like a knife stuck in it. . My Doctor got me a referral to see Doctor Zuckerman. I told the receptionist I need to get in ASAP because of the pain where I cant sleep at night. She said he is booking six weeks out and nothing could change that because he is a surgeon. Is it Cancer? A tumor?. How long do you let progression with these symptoms go on? To them six weeks!

Dr. Kenneth Zuckerman treated me for severe Sleep Apnea a few years ago, after the surgery skillfully done by Dr. Zuckerman, I began to experience having nights of great sleep with vivid dreams during REM sleep. He is highly professional and a great doctor. I give Dr. Zuckerman 10 stars. David Melton
