They came out promptly when called. They unclogged our drain. But when they billed us, it was $185 over what they quoted us and they don't answer either phone lines or return calls and we have left numerous messages. So I wouldn't recommend them. If its not an emergency, don't call them.

Nikki and Ajay came to my house today and went above and beyond with their service. I was curious if I had done something wrong to cause the plumbing to back up and they walked me through everything they did (upon request). They were pleasant and really did an overall great job! Their chit chat (when I was not around) was appropriate around my children which I appreciated very much. I would love for us to not have any problems with plumbing in the future but if we do, I want them to come over again.

Charged us $110/Hr to snake a sink drain for 2 hours and another $35 for a $6 Vent Cap that we already had on there. They proceeded to take that part off and put nothing else on and left with the part we paid for. Then tried to Say that we still owed them Money from 7 years ago even when we showed proof that it was paid. Honestly there is better plumbers in the area that don't charge astronomical prices.

I cannot recomend Southhwest Plumbng and Mechanical enough! They replaced our entire sewer and water lines. The bill was less than we anticipated and their personal and professional service is A+. I'm grateful to have found Nikki and AJ when we needed them most.

I left several messages on both of their numbers and never got a call back. I went with out hot water for over 10 days. I guess its because they wont return calls from numbers that do not start with 307. Any people that want service do not bother to call these people

They gave us a loaner fan assembly to use in our forced air system until a new part for ours gets here. We had a freak spring cold front come through and would have been completely without heat in 20 degree weather if they hadn't helped us out.
