WOW!
Had a major flood of 18" of water in my dad's vacant home in Wheatland.
Cody and staff were on it immediately and took care of everything in a timely and professional manner.
New furnace installed, new water heater as well!
They provided service and support after the installation as I navigated the insurance process; and came back in as needed to get everything together.
I highly recommend!
They provide caring and careful service all along the way.
Thanks guys!
I made the right choice when I called you!

This company is a joke. You can’t get ahold of the guy that does the work. He called me once and scheduled an appt, but never showed up. Won’t return calls now. You speak to the office lady and she tries to be helpful but constantly apologizes for the lack of professionalism. I don’t know how they do any business. Unfortunately, Wheatland doesn’t have a good plumber. Just pay to go to Cheyenne or Casper or Douglas. Embarrassing for them to be listed as a legit company

Awesome company. I had them come out to take care of a water heater leak for my mother in law. Very quick service. The technician was very nice and polite.

They were available when no one else was. They came by in a reasonable amount of time. The plumbers were friendly, and they apparently did decent work. It took them six weeks to even get me an invoice though, and that is not acceptable. They couldn't even give me an idea of how much the charge would be so I could set the money aside. It ended up costing way more than I anticipated, especially since what I had them do was fairly simple. I also asked them for a quote for another bigger job, and I was apparently charged for them to take the time to measure the space, but I still have yet to receive the quote.

I can't say enough about T.C. Edwards, from the friendly and responsive office manager to their infield staff. We are 18 miles from town and they didn't bat an eye at coming out to fix a problem with our main septic line. When many times it's difficult to get someone to come all the way out here, I know I can count on these people. Many thanks for a great job.

We had major plumbing problems. From the first phone call to get help, the secretary was very friendly and helpful. She was able to talk to the guys who were coming to our home and let them know what the problem was.
It took two days but our plumbing problem was fixed. I will call them again if I have any plumbing or AC problems. Everyone was very professional!
I would highly recommend them !

Thinks sewage coming back into the house is not important and wants the person living there to wait 4 days.
Edit: sewage coming back into someone's house is a health issue, that can cause other problems like children been taken from parents by the state. In other words it's an emergency and should not be put off unless you dont have the part or working equipment to fix it. I do understand employees want to go home and spend time with family but they and you know in your trade emergency come up and have to be taken care of fast. I would have gladly paid the emergency price. If you can not respond to an emergency call like that, or just don't want to (that is the more likely one) then advertise that you don't do those calls
