They responded to my call for help promptly. Had work done and ran into a few problems.

Big thanks to Butch and Russ, who went out of their way to make sure they had a satisfied customer and truly took pride in their job. I will have no problem referring this company/office.

These guys were phenomenal! I emailed them on a Sunday morning and a lady got back with me within an hour. She’s scheduled a technician for the next day. He was there at 7:30, diagnosed the problem, called me and ordered the part and was back on Thursday and fixed it. I was out of town the whole time and I paid for the services over the phone. By the time I got back in town, my furnace was fixed. These guys are the best!

My husband and I decided to install a whole house generator. GSP had a very good estimate and was very affordable! Matt, Cody, & DJ had it installed in 4 hours! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and great yellow jacket killers I might add! This is generator #2 for my family from GSP and we couldn't be more pleased! I didn't mind waiting 3 weeks for the appointment but it would have been good to have brought the correct parts. But the real killer was not coming back the next day, scheduling me for Friday , then call me back to say they are stuck on another job and won't return for more than two weeks. I still don't understand why that happened and wound up doing the job myself. Thant said, stuff happens and I'll definitely give you folks another shot. Though I would like to understand WHY I was asked to wait another 2+ weeks.

After a hot water tank leak, we prepared to be out of hot water for several days, but they were actually able to get to our tank replacement completed within a few hours. The receptionist and contractor worked well to quickly answer questions, get the correct model tank from a local wholesaler to uphold our warranty on the faulty tank, and install. We are very well pleased with the quick and thoughtful service we received in an inconvenient situation.

I would give them a higher rating but they showed up the first time to install a water tank and did not have all of the items needed to do the install. This was after they had already been on site to do the quote and they knew exactly what was needed to complete the job. (The part they needed to complete the job could have been purchased at a store within a mile of my house that day but they choose not to do that) I had to wait 8 more days before they could come back with all of the parts to do the install.
Once the final install was completed everything worked great!
