In a pinch, I contracted with them. The crew showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. The floor was very well done, the trim and paint, not so much. I would suggest that if you have them paint be very specific. I had given them the SW chips and colors. They used a different brand of paint with colors that were “the same”. I think they painted 3 different times and it’s still not right.
The drywall was done correctly, but the trim was not installed correctly so there are gaps and it was not beaded.
For the cost and what I paid, it should have been perfect. Fortunately I have found another firm to do the porches and decks.
The electrician that they sub was A+, great skilled person.
