Last year my son and his family made the decision to buy their first home in Powell Wyoming. They would be moving from Southern California. Because I had been through the process before, I agreed to manage things for them. I went online and reached out to a couple of Realtors and felt most comfortable with Heart Mountain. Obviously buying a home from 1100 miles away offers a few extra challenges. My son finally was able to get away to visit the area and our realtor quickly organized a tour of all available properties. The one they chose was already in escrow but was on hold, this was worked through and we got the one we wanted. After we were in escrow, this is where Heart Mountain was truly amazing. With us not around to do anything, they arranged all the inspections, worked through a water issue successfully, and after closing literally managed and maintained the property until my son’s family could relocate.
