I can’t stress enough how amazing this company has been through the nightmare that was our sewer backing up. The professionalism that Bethany offers is unmatched. I have never had to repeat myself to her. She is on top of it, and once you do business with her you will be wishing every company had a Bethany to work with. It’s astonishing especially in this area. This company does not operate in slow motion. As far as the crew goes, I am extremely allergic to mold and have a suppressed immune system. The crew saved my health. They did everything. They documented and removed every piece of contaminated property after getting rid of the brown water that was covering 856 square feet of our house. I was breathing freely without an inhaler in a few days, and didn’t have to lift a finger. When it backed up 3 more times after they cleaned - they just kept cleaning. Every member of the crew has a good work ethic and takes care of a problem when it happens instead of staring at it. You do not have to micro manage them. Insurance has been a total nightmare with the payment, but Hunter Clean Care has been patient and understanding. Customer service is unmatched, work ethic is evident and attention is paid to every detail. Someone on the crew even made a tiny mistake, and immediately told me and fixed it! We are extremely impressed, and when you’re dealing with a NIGHTMARE of raw sewage in your kids rooms, and insurance that doesn’t want to pay it’s a blessing to be taken care and impressed beyond belief with at least one of the companies involved. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were polite and professional, and did a thorough and timely job with the water damage restoration in my home. They were great at communicating with me and with the insurance adjuster during the entire process.

Hunter Clean Care has courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Great company! They did a great job cleaning, disinfecting, and making the office fresh and spotless. They service the Big Horn Basin with carpet cleaning, but they should also be your first call in the case of flooding, fire or trauma. Highly recommended.

Colton and Dalton are extraordinary people! They were able to schedule a cleaning in a short timeframe and understood the incredibly difficult situation I was forced into by my landlord. I can't say enough good about these people and this company! The carpets were gorgeous as well! Thank you Hunter Clean Care!

Hunter clean care is a top notch business with second to none customer service. They have state of the art equipment and have a phenomenal crew that gets to the job and starts work in a timely manner,to ensure minimum loss when in flood situations. Its a family run business and when you walk through the door that's how your treated. They care about taking care of you and your home the same way you do. Toni came and cleaned our white carpet in our tv room. It was so dirty and gross. It is a very high traffic area of our house where kids take food up when they aren’t supposed to. By the time she was done it looked brand new. She even got the fingernail polish and the squashed cherry stains out. Unbelievable! Highly recommend!! Their carpet protector works amazing as well to keep spots from staining
