I had my furnace serviced in late October, 5 month later it quit working. Called and they came to "fix" it on a Monday, the bill for arrived two days later and on Friday the furnace quit again.
I called Kincheloe, they came right away, fixed it and it's been running ever since. They fixed what Custom Air messed up. So no I wouldn't recommend them!

I just want to take minute to say thank you Amanda. (We just happen to have the same name 😂). She was so helpful went above and beyond helping me diagnose what was going on with my heater. They replaced our furnace and I think they did a great job and super nice people.i was expecting a hefty bill but I thought it was pretty reasonable. They also checked out my a/C unit with no extra charge.

We used Custom Air Inc for our new home. We are new to this area and we’re greeted like friends and family. They were very informative in selecting our needs and options available for our budget. Had great suggestions on effective units for this climate. They were respectful in our construction request to not install ducting until after spray foam insulation was completed. Installed a natural gas forced air furnace and electric air conditioner unit. System works flawlessly. They installed a radiant tube natural gas heater in shop on owners recommendation, that works great!!!! Also installed a electric mini split system for mother Inlaw apartment. After 4 months the mini split started making unusual noises. They sent a technician out with in a couple of hours. Trouble shot system for a few days. System continued to work. They offered to bring out space heaters to accommodate for the wait of a whole new unit. Then replaced indoor and outdoor units at no additional charge!!!! These people are great business. Kind that stands behind there work and equipment they install. Can’t say enough about this business. The owner makes several on site visits to check quality of workmanship and to ask our opinion on how systems are working for us!!!! Very accommodating 👍

Customer service is excellent!! Their secretary which answered the phone right away was able to get me a “same-day” service call. Even same week would have been good so we were fortunate. Jon, service tech, had advanced knowledge and was able to get our furnace up and running in no time. Thank you for knowing how to run a business!!

Our furnace had been on its last legs for a while and went out on a particularly cold Easter weekend. I was able to reach a Custom Air tech who went above and beyond to install a new furnace in just a couple of hours on a Saturday morning so we wouldn’t be without heat. Very happy customer!
