I had a regrettable experience working with BFL General Contractor on two substantial flooring projects. Unfortunately, both projects were left unfinished, and to add to the frustration, they refused to compensate us for the completed work. BFL's failure to complete projects resulted in the loss of one of their Arizona contractor's license. While we worked directly with ownership, one building eventually reached completion. The other remains unfinished to this day. I strongly advise against hiring BFL General Contractor for any construction work, and caution subcontractors to be wary.
