I was there today, way earlier than my scheduled appointment, and was greeted and helped by a very nice employee. He took the time to explain to me some issues with the car, and provided his recommendations . Oil and filter change was fast and at a good price. I'll be coming back for brakes replacement and service.

My new go to shop. Very understanding and communicative. Also HONEST!! Which I know mechanic shops have a bad reputation for being dishonest. Not this location at least. Steven and his team have always treated me well and took care of my needs. I went in today believing I needed new brake pads and was ready to pay for the service. They called me back a couple hours later saying my pads were like new and to charge me for new ones would be a disservice. I COMPLETELY appreciate the honesty and I will never go to another shop again! They deserve all their 5 star reviews no doubt!!

I recently took my car to Brakes Plus for some much-needed repairs, including replacing the struts and addressing a few other issues. From start to finish, the team provided exceptional service and made sure my car was in top shape before returning it to me.

A huge thank you to Tim, the mechanic, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. His dedication and attention to detail made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the extra effort he put into making sure my car was in great riding condition.

I also want to acknowledge Steven, the manager, and Dnar, another team member for their professionalism and excellent customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process and made the entire experience smooth.

Very great service. Denario is whom I set my appointment up with via phone on Tuesday and he has great customer service. Thanks so much for answering my questions. Then Steven the GM was in the location at the desk when I arrived and he took great care of me as well. There attention to detail at the location is amazing. They were very busy but they got me in and out for my wheel alignment in about 2 hours.

I’m new to the neighborhood, and this was my first visit after a friend’s referral. Despite it being a busy Saturday morning, I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, which set a great tone for the experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was given an estimated completion time. I chose to drop off my vehicle and return later.

Before starting the service, they called to confirm the details and pricing, then followed up again when the repairs were complete. I appreciated that there was no pressure to buy unnecessary add-ons—just straightforward service.

I recently took my truck to Brakes Plus for a full brake service, fluid flush, oil change, and state inspection. Isaac handled all the work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From the moment I arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The brake work was completed efficiently, and the difference in performance is noticeable. The fluid flush and oil change were done thoroughly, ensuring my car runs smoothly. The state inspection was handled quickly, with no unnecessary upselling—just honest, quality service.

Went in for regular maintenance (oil change tire rotation) I showed them a coupon of what I wanted (conventional oil change) I was picking up after hours. They called me to recommend me some services which I declined. I did notice a bit of an attitude when I declined the offered services. Then they called again to collect payment and since I was working I did not spend much time on the transaction. Then when I see the credit card transaction they collected way more. I called and talk to the same person that received the car he said I signed for a Synthetic Oil Change (even though I showed him a coupon for a conventional) and when I asked about the coupon he conveniently forgot I had showed him this during drop off, but that he could give me a “massive discount” for my next visit. I stopped the conversation there and decided to pick the car up within opening hours. We talk about this again I say well at least just reverse the transaction and apply the coupon and he says: this is not possible I already charged you and there’s no way to reverse it. I’ve worked retail this person might be good with autos but he’s not good with customers. I’ve worked his same job and if you ever work retail you know a refund can be made. I’m not coming back here, they don’t know how to deal with customers.

Update: Steven Burns Sr took care of the whole situation. I can’t thank him enough for this he was really there to listen and to reach a middle ground!
