Marvin was fantastic in so many ways. He responded to my inquiry right away and adjusted his schedule to assist me with installing three outdoor faucets. He was very communicative and arrived right on time, even calling to let me know he was on his way. He expertly fixed the faucets and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He is the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever worked with, and it was a pleasure collaborating with him. I found him through recommendations in the Aubrey neighborhood site, and I am really thankful to everyone who suggested him. I will definitely reach out for more plumbing work in the future.

I had a great experience with Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. They quickly cleaned and serviced my boiler before the heating season at the price they originally quoted. They also checked out a leak in my kitchen and were honest about the situation. They mentioned they could fix it temporarily but that a full repair would require a separate visit with the right parts, which they did. Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. was highly recommended to me, and I’m really glad I reached out. We faced a sewer issue, and the estimate from the company sent by our home warranty was way too high to fix it (plus, the warranty wouldn't cover it). I called Marvin, and he was fantastic—he came out on a Friday afternoon and spent nearly 2 hours snaking our sewer to clear the clog. When that didn't do the trick, he returned on Saturday morning with an excavating crew, and in just 2 hours, our sewer was completely unclogged, making our plumbing work like new again—all for much less than the original estimate from the other company. I'm really pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to call again for any future sewer issues!

I had a fantastic experience with Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. I called early in the morning and got to speak with a friendly person who scheduled a time between 8-10 am for someone to come out and clear a clogged sewer line. Roger arrived right at 8:40 am. He was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining the issue and the process thoroughly. Using their camera, he quickly identified the problem and used a snake to clear the blockage. Even though it was raining quite a bit, it didn’t bother him at all. In just an hour and a half after my call, the job was done. Roger did an excellent job, and Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. has definitely earned my business. I've been searching for a good plumber, and now I've found one I can rely on for any plumbing needs. Great service from a company I would highly recommend!

We discovered a water leak in our front yard one afternoon. Unsure of the source, I initially panicked but then thought it best to turn off my lawn sprinkler valve. No matter how hard I tried, it wouldn't budge. Just then, I noticed a work truck parked outside my house, marked Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. It felt like a blessing! Roger, who was driving the truck, had stopped to check his phone. I quickly caught his attention and explained my situation. He kindly offered to assist and helped me shut off the valve. As it turned out, the issue wasn't with the sprinkler system but with the main water service line! Since Roger was so helpful, I decided to hire his company for the repair. The very next morning, his crew arrived to fix the line, and we chose to replace the old line with a new one. We have some large, mature trees in our front yard that likely contributed to the issue. By noon, our water was back on, and everything was great! There was a minor hiccup when the crew accidentally cut an electrical line for the sprinkler system without realizing it. They promptly sent Derek to troubleshoot, and he resolved the issue quickly. Overall, everyone was very professional and attentive. I highly recommend anyone in need of a reliable plumber to reach out to them!

We had an old shower valve that finally needed replacement, so we reached out to Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. that morning. They sent a plumber out before lunch, and everything was fixed in under 90 minutes. Roger and his assistant were tidy, professional, and did an excellent job. We even had a friend get stuck in the grass in front of our house, and these guys were eager to help push her car out (which turned out to be quite a challenge). Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. really knows how to get the job done. If you have a plumbing issue, definitely give them a call!

In the past, I entrusted a chain-plumbing company with the task of fixing my slowly draining sinks. However, their solution was not only unsuccessful but also included making a hole in my drywall to examine the air pressure in the plumbing vents. I then reached out to a highly recommended local plumbing service. Derek was phenomenal! He was available to take my call and was punctual in arriving for the job. To rectify the drainage issue, he just cleaned the sink pipes. He even offered me a discount since there were four sinks that required cleaning. The results were outstanding - the sinks now drain swiftly and my wall remains intact! Derek also took the time to address some other shower/tub queries I had, free of charge. I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing requirements in Aubrey and I recommend you do the same!

My shower on the top floor had a leakage problem that was affecting the ground floor. I was worried about the possibility of needing to have a hole cut into my ceiling by the plumbers. Marvin and Roger turned up promptly and showed great politeness and professionalism. Upon describing the issue to them, they promptly suggested trying a simpler fix first. They examined the fixture in the shower and deduced that the plumber's putty had deteriorated. They quickly repaired it and checked to ensure the issue was resolved...and indeed it was. I truly appreciate their initiative to look for the simplest solution first. The service provided by Eddy the Plumbing Pro Co. was outstanding and reasonably priced. This is my third time using their services and I will definitely continue to do so!
