We recently had a window installed in our kitchen. Mike was so easy to deal with in choosing style and other options. The installation by Steve also went extremely well. We were one of many in our Jefferson neighborhood that had severe hail damage. I asked three neighbors who they would recommend for new siding and all three mentioned Schloesser Construction. We had estimates by Schloesser and another company. The estimates were very close so we chose because of prior reputation from neighbors and comparing quality of products that would be used. Schloesser gave us addresses of prior jobs, we visited them and liked the finished products. Not only did we have them do our total residing we also decided to have every window replaced.
We are very happy with the finished job and always get nice compliments. Micah and Mike always kept us up to date on any changes in schedule. We had one loose downspout, beyond our reach, and they immediately came and reattached it. The crew was very friendly...one of them even brought dog treats for the neighborhood dogs!

The wife and I had them rip off the old siding and install new siding on our house. They did an amazing job and the wife and I are happy campers. They did such a good job our oldest daughter had them rip ff the old siding on her house and install new siding and some new windows. Again, wonderful workmanship, the daughter is super happy with the job they did. Now our younger daughter wants to have them put new siding on her house, she already had them install a new front door and new storm door.

They are not cheapest company around, but they use only quality products and they are professional installers. Quality materials and professional installation always costs a little more, but it is well worth the extra few dollars to get a superb job. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Again, we were so pleased with their work that we then had them install a custom window in our 3-season room. They always were professional, and more importantly, they worked WITH us in determining the best product for our house and our budget.

I have worked with the Schloesser construction company on several occasions over the last 30 years. I’ve had every window replaced, several doors replaced and a complete residing done. I had rotted facia boards and they replaced them and recovered those along with the siding. In every thing they did it was with extreme professionalism. I would recommend them and have recommended them many times. My plan is to have them back for a storage garage I’m going to be building to match the house siding. Mike and his son Mica along with his crew are all easy to work with. A definite 5 star rating.

Micah, his dad, and the rest of their crew were wonderful to work with. Several years ago, they sided our home and garage. They also installed two storm doors. Their professionalism was very evident throughout the entire process. Recently, we had them back to replace a double-hung window with an awning window over our kitchen sink. Schloesser Construction installed new siding on our entire home in late 2021. From the first meeting to the final installation, it was like working with a group of trusted friends (we had never met them before the project). The owners and crew have fun at what they do, and it shows. We went back and forth several times selecting colors and materials, and they never complained when we kept changing our minds. In fact, without their guidance on product selection, I'm sure we would have ended up with an inferior product. They were honest in sharing with us the pros and cons of the different solutions available. We have an older home, and wanted them to fix any damaged sections underneath the old siding. The crew was outstanding at finding and repairing various things as they completed the installation. Everything was completed as explained in the quote. I highly recommend considering this company for your siding needs.
