Our project manager, Kip, was fantastic—he met with us several times and took the time to explain everything in detail so we always felt informed and confident. The crew did an amazing job on the roof, and the clean-up was incredibly thorough. Everything was completed professionally and on schedule. Dave was very responsive and came to our home to assess and fix damage from a woodpecker within a few days of my phone call. He also took measurements to be able to offer us an estimate for replacing our siding, since ours is over 30 years old. He repaired the damaged siding quickly and gave us piece of mind that our home would be weathertight this spring. Excellent workmanship, communication, and responded quickly to - and fixed - our problem.

After a recent hailstorm, we worked with Austen on repairing our house. I cannot stress enough how nice it is to work with someone like Austen! We recently had our siding update by Riverland Exterior. Our sales rep, Austen was wonderful to work with. He was a great communicator and was willing to adjust his schedule to be able to meet us in the evenings which was very much appreciated. While our siding was being worked on the team had found some issues with our roof and areas where water was leaking into our house. Austen and the team provided us with photos and we knew we need to get the roof replaced. Austen and the rest of the team was able to adjust their schedules and get a team to our house to get our roof replaced that same day. We were so impressed with their ability to pivot and even with adding another whole project of the roof, the siding project stayed on time. Overall, we are very happy customers and pleased with how great everything looks.

We recently had our roof and gutters replaced due to hail damage, they did a fabulous job!

I highly recommend Riverland Exteriors. Our project manager, Robin, was amazing! He was professional and kind. He made the confusing process of home insurance make sense. A situation that had the potential to be stressful, was made hassle free with Robin working behind the scenes to take care of the insurance piece. Also, the crew was hard working and friendly. They did a great job and our roof looks great.

After a horrid storm, the siding on the back my house got damaged. The soonest I could get someone to fix it was August. Austin stopped by and said they could have it done in about 6 weeks and would work with my insurance on my behalf too. The crew did a fantastic job and I've even gotten compliments from neighbors in the area. They kept me informed every step of the way and are generally great people!
