Krumm Exteriors have been an awesome company to work with. Working with Logan to help us decide what color and style of siding to get was amazing. He is knowledgeable and fun to work with. When the crew started on our project they were fast, thorough and really nice guys. So hats off to Logan, Jason, Oscar and the rest of the team for their professionalism, integrity and hard work. And with Christmas around the corner we were concerned that the house would be in disarray, but they tore down old siding and put up new in 3 days!! Fantastic experience with this company! They went out of their way to complete our projects and made it right! Jason was a rock star in overlooking our siding project and took it upon himself to come and finish an area that was difficult. Love the completed job!!!
Chris, Brett, and Dakota did a phenomenal job on our windows! They showed up every day to work hard and the new windows are gorgeous!! Again, these 3 guys went out of their way to make it right.

Krumm does quality work, they got someone out within a few days to give us an estimate. Their price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely fashion and the finished product was excellent. I’ve reached out to them for another project and again was able to get an estimate within two days. Their representative, Shaw was very personable and professional. We had a very detailed and extensive building project, that needed a great deal of attention to successfully complete. After reaching out to several companies, we decided to have Krumm Exteriors take on the project. We are very happy that we did.

Josh met with us promptly after we reached out to Krumm Exteriors. We were (and still are) impressed with his knowledge, desire to understand the situation and creativity around odd issues. He used logic and creativity in a fashion that offered reasonable pricing, while also giving us an upgrade to appearance and structural improvements to our home. Josh is very kind, upbeat and sincere. He is very good at sales for all of the right reasons.

Next, we met several people on separate crews that were polite and focused on the goal at hand. Oscar was very personable and always willing to answer questions with a smile. He too, is a very positive person that shows leadership by his direct involvement on the project at hand. He has a sense of tenacity that motivates people. He is not afraid of figuring out the unusual... or "jumping in" to lend a hand.

Logan was another kind person that took the time to talk with me when I had a question and a comment, or two. Tasha was very detailed on her work and cares a great deal about quality. They are both kind and we appreciate their talent! They worked well as a team... and we noted their patience in regard to weather, odd circumstances, and small spaces. Nice people!

Another key person that we found to be exceptional in many ways is Jason. Jason was very aware of our situation on a daily basis. The keen communication skills that Jason has, lends to positive outcomes. He is always polite, honest and looks to oversee situations with perceptive balance. He is very good at his job! He expedites projects smoothly and multi-tasks with an innate ease. He makes it so others can easily stay on task and also promotes success by using foresight, supportive leadership and excellent communication. He cares... and he leads, very well.

I am not one to typically go into such detail on a review, but this time ... I felt it important to share why we really appreciate Krumm Exteriors. They are a great team. It isn't easy to pull together such talent, but Krumm Exteriors did.

Alex Koch from Krumm Exteriors did an outstanding job as my exterior design specialist/sales representative. He worked with me from the beginning of my project through to production.

Alex helped me to understand what options were available for my exterior siding, fascia, and gutter replacement due to extensive hail storm damage. He never tired of answering my questions--at least he never made me feel that way. Alex also always ensured that I had what I needed for my insurance company, which was no easy task.

Alex is, perhaps, one of the most responsive sales representatives that I have ever worked with in my life. That includes both in my business life and in my personal life. Phone calls and emails were almost always returned within the same day, with few exceptions. If Alex didn't have the answer to a question, he got the answer for me as quickly as possible. If I made a change and needed a new estimate generated, he turned that around quickly, often times within the hour.

Alex was always sensitive to my deadlines which were driven by my insurance company. Alex was exceedingly knowledgeable, very personable and knew how to work with my insurance company in a way that was very respectful to them. This was important to me since he was my home exteriors industry expert who essentially also became my advocate, speaking the same language as the insurance industry experts. I highly recommend Alex Koch as your next home exterior design/sales representative!

Had a metal roof installed just in time for winter. I hoped for better communication during the installation/completion phase, but nothing majorly bad happened. Just had some minor cosmetic issues that were mostly remedied. I dealt with a few people thru the process. Shaw, Julie & Ben went above & beyond. The roof installation crew was very diligent, efficient, respectful, clean, and hardworking.

I called Krumm to get an estimate for replacing storm damaged gutters on my property. Logan C. was very helpful and took measurements and explained the Leaf Away system. He also worked with my insurance company to help them understand the damage and work involved. The lead time to get the work done was very favorable compared to some other vendors. The team that completed the work did an excellent job. I'd definitely consider Krumm for any next repairs I might need to my home.
