Hector and his team have now done two major projects for us: foundation repair and driveway replacement. For both jobs, the work was completed in a very timely fashion; he communicated all the details with us; cleaned up the area after the work was done; all at what we felt was a fair price, and done by a respectful, hard-working team of workers. We plan on replacing on backyard patio next year as well. They have become our go-to company for these bigger jobs on our home.

Still no contact from contractor, guys are a bunch of hackers. Just cause they show up doesn't mean they are doing it right. Read thru the end. Thank you. First I want to say I was a contractor in Kenosha from 1993 - 2012 so this review comes from the guy who you want to speak-up and not stay quiet. My upbringing was set to a high bar for customer satisfaction ALWAYS! Old school Kenosha. 👌
So -they drove into my fence along side of the driveway they were putting in, see pics. What is worse they didn't tell me - and they didn't fix it, they even took the broken pickets with them so it's not like they didn't know. And the fence is crooked now cause post was hit as well. And yes it's still wrecked and no phone call it's been a couple weeks. LOL

I just happened to walk by back door and watched them cleaning their equipment covered in concrete on my back lawn, WTH!!! You would have thought I was the bad guy going out to tell them it was not professional thing to do. They had 75ft of unfinished area to clean their equipment.
Had to let neighbors know they set the forms 3 inches too high along his house which would have caused water to leak in wooden basement windows. Again what the heck!!! Found out later contractor didn't want to fix it so customer said he would take the next step court. Why let it go that far.

They were sawing concrete without spraying water so the whole neighborhood was a giant dust cloud - totally illegal. One time they started sawing I was bringing in groceries and my car was parked right there 30ft away with windows open and my brother was here with Lexus convertible with top down. They never even came over to say they were going to start cutting the lines in the new concrete. That would have given us time to move our car that were wide open. Well both cars were covered inside and out with concrete dust. Thanks not very neighborly.

Lastly they had stone delivered into road and as they used bobcat to put in drive they never once all day swept the street. The rock was all the way into the opposite lane of traffic and at the end of day still scattered stones in road in front of my house. But they went home just leaving the mess.

For having the name Professional Concrete at least be professional. You have a crew of 5 guys on jobsite take 5 minutes and keep it clean and professional.
Well it's a good thing the neighbors concrete looks amazing.

EDIT: months later now Fall 2022 and my fence is still broken.
Edit: one year later May 2023 my fence is still broken. What a bunch of hackers. I guess I can go get some estimates on to repair and see them in small claims court.

They provided us with the most competitive quote for our new driveway. At first, I thought the lower price they offered would mean lower quality. But I was pleasantly surprised. They started the project on time and completed it as promised. Our Driveway is over 100' long and 20' wide. It included a sidewalk as well. It turned out beautifully.
