Building with Basso was very easy. The process reminded us of the time Toyotas first came in the market. Everything was standard. You didn’t pay for every little option. Wally goes above and beyond to help you personalize your new house. The follow up is outstanding as well. I would build with Basso builders again.

The absolute best of the best. I rarely write a review, but my experience with Basso (Duane, Wally, Josh and Danyel) has been the best experience one can hope for when building a home. From land purchase (with Duane), to planning the house and getting it done (we are in the final stretch) has been fantastic with this team. We certainly had out fare share of challenges thrown at us (things outside of Basso's control) but they have always been supportive, understanding and adaptive. If I would have to do it all over again I would chose Basso again, no question. They build quality houses for a fair price, they do it in the promised time frame , they do not raise prices for now reason and their communication throughout the entire process is flawless. Thank you Basso Builders! You are the best!

We had decided the area we wanted to move to and had looked for a house to buy. We could not find anything we wanted so we decided to build a home. Our experience with Basso Builders began about 2 and a half years ago. We met with Josh and other builders. As we had never built a home before, we had a lot of anxiety and fear about the process or something not going right or costing more than what we were prepared to spend. After A LOT of research we finally decided to build with Basso in October of 2019. This was the best decision we have ever made. From our first design meeting with Wally and our first site meeting with Josh we knew we made the right choice. Working with them made everything so easy. They have great systems in place with Danyel in the office who took care of everything so efficiently. Our house was completed BEFORE our estimated finish date in April 2020 and on budget! At the final walk through Don gave us information on every aspect of our home and how to properly maintain it post build. We were given a binder full of information, with all our warranty and contact information. The house is beautiful, we could not be happier with every detail. We have been in our home for 8 months and I have called with a question or concern 2 or 3 times and they immediately took care of each one. Their service after the construction was complete was just as good as during the construction process. Our house was literally move in ready down to the towel racks being hung for us. The whole experience was positive and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to build (especially first time home builders like us) to make the best decision you can and build with Basso! You won’t regret it!

We reached out to get standard prices of the houses they have listed on their website & didn’t get a reply. I followed up and was told “We don't just give prices out and every house is different.” This is the only builder we reached out to that wasn’t able to provide us a guesstimation. I suppose it was easy to eliminate them from our list!

Been trying contact them for over a month and no return calls or emails. I Facebook them and refuse to do a call with me see if I am even interested in a house. I am 6 months pregnant and with covid19 I cannot meet in person and basso refuse to do a call me. It’s a shame I am ready to start a project.
