I was looking for a place to call home. Just got divorced from a nightmare that ruined my credit and I needed someone to give me a chance. I went to several places, after telling them everything up front and paying for background checks again and again, I was denied - due to my credit score. No one wanted to help - and I was about to be homeless. That’s when I began working with the Magnolia Management Team. I spoke with Dalton and told him all of this and he said that he was more interested in the person I am. He asked if I had references and a good job. With him and the wonderful Monika, I was in my home before Christmas. Monika went above and beyond assuring me that all was going well and that Dalton was going to help me - and they did! I also want to mention how responsive they both are. All positive things!

Excellent management company. I had a leak in the ceiling and they got back to me right away and had someone out to fix the problem the same day. Very courteous and easy to work with. Dalton followed up to make sure everything was ok.
