Shame Shame. Trying to help someone so they don't get taken advantage of.

Company broke into our property to do an estimate, claiming we agreed.
She told us she would replace the door. Thinking when we choose to go with another MUCH CHEAPER company they now decide they won't replace door.
Incidentally they tore the door jamb apart as well. Just maddening.

We told them they could pry interior for open, not the exterior door.
We were even nice enough to tell company we would accept a similar used door.

Even if a company thinks they're right
Its best they pretend the customers always right.

It is in their best interest.
It may cost then a lousy 200. to make a wrong a right. Instead they're willing to lose a LOT OF GOODWILL over the damage they caused

Thinking they were mad because we didn't choose them to do work. We were going to when she told us the price we about fainted.

They gave us an estimate for 32 THOUSAND DOLLARS. OMG..WOW.
Nothing like feeling RIPPED OFF especially after a disaster.
Without going into abysmal detail we got the SAME work done for less than HALF THE PRICE. UNBELIEVABLE!
They're prices are unconsciounable.
Shame shame.

No one in their right mind would tell a company to break and enter while homeowner was not present. This is what their claiming we texted them.

For the DISGUSTING PRICES they charge they could easily afford to buy a similar used exterior door.
