I ordered a panelization package for a home that I built in Boulder Junction in 2022. I worked with Mike Brighum to finalize the order and his knowledge & professionalism was impressive. The "set" crew that assembled the floor, wall, and roof sections did a very nice job. My only complaint was that I was charged for the use of a front end loader that ultimately was not needed and certain framing "finish" items such as front door overhang, structural squash blocks under all window and door headers, and accomodations in the framing to support the deck that was shown on the plans was never completed. They did complete a small punch list and then stopped returning my calls. Note: I was a Wausau Homes/Sterling Building systems builder in the past.
