We had Spooner Window & Door repair / replace siding on our cabin and replace our garage door. The siding on the cabin was rotting in various areas plus a previous contractor had done shoddy work that needed to be fixed. Mitch came out assessed the situation, answered many questions and provided a quote promptly. Mitch & his assistant did the work as soon as the materials came in. They were on time & worked diligently to get the job done before winter. The home office was very responsive as well to many emails from me. 😄 I was very happy in the results and would definitely hire them for future projects.

We ordered a new steel door for our 75 year old brick commercial building from Spooner Door. We had two other contractors turn down the job due to the steel and brick opening. The door size was not a standard size and unfortunately the door came from the factory slightly larger than ordered and slightly larger than our opening.
The installers agreed instead of cutting the opening slightly wider and risk some damage to return and expedite a new frame. A temporary door was installed and it took a couple of weeks to get the correct frame, but the installers Mitch, Les and Jim did an awesome job installing. The new door looks great. Thanks you Mark, Billie, and Installers!

Windows are beautiful but workmanship was very low key.
Trash was left all over our cabin; no one cleaned up. One wall was half torn off, mirror was broken and left on bed. Nails, blind brackets and saw dust not cleaned up. Blocks of soap, to keep mice out, were stepped on and ground into carpet and linoleum. Company informed and didn't care.

Called a year ago last fall about having chalet windows caulked. Two guys came out and looked and said they would schedule. A year and a half later and never heard from them

I called them on July 8 to come up to Hayward and measure my trapezoid windows for replacement on my park model in a campground. He came within a week for the measuring and I received a call about a week later with the estimate for replacement. I accepted the estimate and told them to go ahead and order the windows. They called again last week and said the windows were in and came out today as scheduled to replace the windows. The work was fast and complete. I am very happy with Spooner Window and Door and would definitely recommend them.

Well, I called them a couple times about my garage door in Nov/Dec. before Christmas 2020.
They finally came out and gave me a quote....said it wouldn’t be able to be done till after the holidays. Ok, I’m fine with that. I told them I’d want it done and they said ok, someone will contact you to schedule an appointment ..... it’s March 25, 2021.
So I wait till after Easter?
