We recently moved into our cabin and made it into our home. I didn't know what company to call so I chose Badger. I called and talked with Rick on phone. I told him I was unsure where the tank was and he told me area to look then call him when I had the cover clear of dirt. Well... I couldn't find the darn thing so I called him back. He said he would stop by and mark for me. It turned out tank was installed on other side of vent. I was not at home when Rick came, so he called and told me where cover was. He decided that instead of marking he would just dig up cover and pump it out. Rick called back telling me he completed the job.Rick went above and beyond taking care of my septic system. Rick was great on phone communicating to me what was going on. If you want a company that will provide you with great customer service Badger in that company!!!! RICK JOB WELL DONE!! THANK YOU!!!

Communication very poor won't return calls but called back to read me the riot act. He doesn't want my business, told me to go somewhere else so I did..they will be here next week. I will not bother him in the future..not good with people.. bad for business

They said they couldn't come out last October. They said too late in the year. They said they would be out next spring. I called in May and they said I was on the list. They sent me a text in August and said they couldn't get to me this year.

New customer, selected based on reference from previous owner of cabin. Easy to communicate with via text. Good septic pump out service and provided excellent advice to address issue with roots. Will use again in 3 yrs.

Called and the man who answered used awful profanity and declined service. A simple, sorry can’t service you would of been a professional response. This person should be fired.

They said in early spring we were on the list now it is September and have called to verify and does not return calls. So after waiting we went else where.
